Può essere altresì impostato un limite territoriale oltre il quale la presenza degli utenti determina un’interruzione delle ore lavorative conteggiate ai fini della retribuzione. Tali limiti, infine, possono essere legati a specifiche fasce orarie. Claims 1. Human resources management and monitoring system for events, designed to monitor and review at least one user (10) engaged in security, image, organization, reception, entertainment and similar services as part of an organized event; said system being characterized by the fact that it comprises: - a dedicated server (300), connected to a relative memory (320) in which the personal profiles of a plurality of users (10) are saved, cataloged at least by type of use of interest; - a software application, commonly referred to as an App, which can be downloaded and installed on each personal electronic device (60) of each user (10); said App being suitable for and acting as a communication interface between said users (10) and said dedicated server (300); - at least one electronic card (100), supplied to each user (10) whose profile is saved in said memory (320); each electronic card (100) comprising at least: • a display (110) adapted to allow the display of messages or instructions by said dedicated server (300); • a selection keypad (150), designed to allow the user (10) to scroll through the display (110) and perform operations; • a common battery (130) preferably rechargeable, suitable for powering all the components of said electronic card (300); • a wireless connection system (160), by way of example a bluetooth, suitable for allowing the exchange of data with said personal electronic device (60) of said user (10); - at least one electronic bracelet (200), supplied to each user (10) who has accepted a work assignment proposed through said dedicated software (300); said electronic bracelet (200) being able to be worn by said user (10) during the performance of his duties and being equipped at least with: • replaceable, disposable closure device (210), designed to be irreversibly closed to allow stable engagement with the wrist of said user (10); said closing device (210) being configured to be broken at the end of the monitoring, freeing the user's wrist; • geolocation sensor (240) able to transmit the position data detected in real time to at least one electronic monitoring device (50); - at least one said electronic monitoring device (500) designed to receive the data detected by each electronic bracelet (200) activated during an event, displaying the location of the users on the map of the place of the event (10); said electronic monitoring device (500) being connected to said dedicated server (300) and allowing an operator (55) to set limits to some positioning parameters of said users (10) such as, by way of example: the maximum number and minimum of users (10) within a predetermined range; the maximum parking time of a user (10) in the same point; the territorial limit that said users (10) must not exceed; exceeding said thresholds by activating an alarm device (510) on said electronic monitoring device (500).

Human resources management and monitoring system for events, according to the preceding claim 1, characterized by the fact that said electronic card (100) is connected, through common means of internet connection, to any server of a banking institution in a manner to allow said user (10) to control his own remuneration for the work performed; said electronic card (100) comprising at least one SIM card (140) for direct connection to the internet.

3. Human resources management and monitoring system for events, according to the preceding claim 2, characterized in that said electronic card (100) also comprises a biometric recognition sensor (120) adapted to verify the identity of said user (10 ) to authorize banking operations.

Human resources management and monitoring system for events, according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said electronic card (100) also comprises a proximity sensor (170) such as, by way of example, an NFC sensor, adapted to be identified by a corresponding device installed at a reception desk (50) located in the place of the event.

Human resources management and monitoring system for events, according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said electronic bracelet (200) is also equipped with a common wireless connection system (230) such as, by way of example, a bluetooth system, adapted to allow the connection with a corresponding wireless connection system (257) of a headset (250) supplied to each user (10) together with said electronic bracelet (200); said earphone (250) being also equipped with an on / off key (255) and a microphone (258) to allow hands-free communication with an operator (55) assigned to monitoring.

Method of managing and monitoring human resources for events, designed to monitor and review at least one user (10) engaged in security, image, organization, reception, entertainment and similar services in the context of an organized event; said method being characterized by the fact that it includes the steps of: - installation of a dedicated App on the electronic device (60) of a user (10) interested in carrying out at least one of the aforementioned works; - registration of a user profile (10) in the memory (320) of a dedicated server (300); said user profile including at least one photograph, personal and contact data, bank details to receive salaries, a curriculum vitae, languages spoken, other skills; - delivery of an electronic card (100) according to any one of the preceding claims 1 to 4; - communication, through said App, of the availability of a job assignment compatible with your user profile; - acceptance of the work, through said App and presentation of the user (10) at a reception desk (50) located at the place of the event at the time of convocation; - delivery of one's electronic identification card (100) to an operator (55) of said reception desk (50); - supply by said operator (55) of an electronic bracelet (200), according to any one of the preceding claims 1 or 5, to said user (10); - monitoring of the movements, in the place dedicated to the event, of all the accredited users (10) present and possible notification of the exceeding of the preset thresholds of number of users (10) per area, of parking time of users (10) in the same place or exceeding the pre-set territorial limits; - return to the operator (55) of the electronic bracelet (200) at the end of the event and irreversible breakage of its closing device (210); - recording in the memory (320) of the server (300) of the hours worked and immediate pay to the user (10) as previously agreed; - return to the user (10) of his electronic identification card (100).

Method for managing and monitoring human resources for events, according to the previous claim, characterized by the fact that through said App installed on the personal electronic device (60) of the user (10), the sharing of the user's geographical position will be requested (10) in an interval of time before the meeting time to verify the actual arrival of the user (10) himself and to know in advance any delays.

Method of management and monitoring of human resources for events, according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized by the fact of including, at the end of the working relationship, a feedback step of the operator (55) responsible for monitoring the behavior of each user (10), on the basis of the data saved in said dedicated server (300); said method also including a further step of feedback from each user (10) towards the organization of the event and the adequacy of the required tasks.

Method for managing and monitoring human resources for events, according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized by the fact of generating an alarm at said electronic monitoring device (500) in the event that a common sensor installed in the closing device (210 ) of an electronic bracelet (200) detected the breakage of the device (210) itself before the end of the event.
