In campo dermatologico la formulazione oggetto della presente invenzione è applicata su irritazioni cutanee, psoriasi e manifestazioni comportanti rossore (radioterapia, peeling chimici, e abrasioni) per facilitarne la cicatrizzazione, dermatiti, micosi inguinale, trattamento post esposizioni solari, dopo punture degli insetti o pruriti, escoriazioni della pelle e post peeling, trattamento dell’omicomicosi, favorisce il processo cicatrizzazione dell’onicocriptosi, sulla micosi delle unghie e ne previene la caduta e lo sfaldamento. Per una particolare forma di realizzazione dell’invenzione la Composizione III, in forma di gel protettivo e cicatrizzante, ha un alto potere rigenerante, favorisce la rigenerazione tissutale e la completa cicatrizzazione della pelle, è inoltre indicata in tutte quelle situazioni che necessitano di una rapida guarigione, come per esempio lesione del dorso della mano con tessuto necrotico e scarsamente vascolarizzato e messa a nudo dei tendini e delle ossa, in cui si sono avuti risultati curativi già in 14 giorni di applicazione (Fig.7); lesione facciale da caduta, in cui si sono avuti risultati curativi già in 12 giorni di applicazione (Fig.8). La Composizione III è stata sperimentata con successo anche su pazienti di età tra 80 e 90 anni in gravi condizioni di salute, affetti per l’età da metabolismo lento, e da patologie multiple, incluso il diabete mellito, in concomitanza del quale le lesioni ulcerose sono difficilissime da curare. Con la Composizione III si è ottenuta la totale cicatrizzazione di ulcere varicose in una paziente di 82 affetta da aplasia midollare (Fig.9). Risultati sorprendenti sono stati altresì ottenuti con la Composizione III in 10 giorni di medicazione di ferite lacero-contuse riportate a seguito di incidente stradale s’un paziente di 60 anni affetto da diabete mellito. Nella Composizione III l’attivita’ antisettica e rigenerante dei principî attivi presenti negli oli essenziali vegetali è associata all’attività citoprotettiva dell’ozono, espletandosi in una sorprendentemente azione cicatrizzante, importantissima nel favorire una sana guarigione delle ferite, limitando al contempo il rischio di infezioni batteriche.
