Claims (1)

RIVENDICAZIONI 1.- Metodo per la realizzazione di una testata (10) di un gruppo di pompaggio per alimentare combustibile, preferibilmente gasolio, ad un motore a combustione interna, la testata (10) essendo provvista di un foro centrale (12) configurato per definire un cilindro (15) atto ad essere impegnato in maniera scorrevole da un pistone (16) del gruppo di pompaggio ed una sede di accoppiamento (33) atta ad essere impegnata in maniera scorrevole da un otturatore (34) di una valvola di aspirazione (30) del gruppo di pompaggio stesso, la testata (10) essendo provvista, inoltre, di un condotto di mandata (38) collegato con il cilindro (15) e con il motore a combustione interna; il metodo essendo caratterizzato dal fatto di comprendere la fase di: generare una compressione superficiale ed una deformazione plastica di almeno parte di una superficie del foro centrale (12) e/o di una superficie del condotto di mandata (38). 2.- Metodo secondo la rivendicazione 1, in cui la compressione superficiale e la deformazione plastica vengono generate mediante pallinatura orientando un getto di particelle, in particolare in fibra di vetro, contro almeno parte della superficie del foro centrale (12) e/o della superficie del condotto di mandata (38) tramite un flusso di aria compressa. 3.- Metodo secondo la rivendicazione 1, in cui la compressione superficiale e la deformazione plastica vengono generate mediante pallinatura orientando un getto di particelle, in particolare in fibra di vetro, contro almeno parte della superficie del foro centrale (12) e/o della superficie del condotto di mandata (38) tramite ultrasuoni.
