Claims

CLAIMS 1. Cosmetic packaging (1) defining a main axis (1a) and comprising: - a first body (2) defining a base (20) and an opening (21) - a second body (3) that can be movably fastened to said first body (2) and defining with it in the closed configuration an internal volume (10), - a cosmetic (4) of the compacted powder type and arranged inside said first body (2), and characterized by the fact of understanding - pulverizing means (5) movably connected to said first body (2) in correspondence with said opening (21) and adapted to pulverize said cosmetic (4).

Cosmetic packaging (1) according to claim 1, wherein said pulverizing means (5) comprise a movable portion (50) and an abrasive surface (51), said movable portion (50) being resolvably and movably linked to said first body (2) at said opening (21) and able to rotate with respect to said main axis (1a) with respect to said first body (2) and said abrasive surface (51) being constrained to said movable portion (50) and adapted to pulverize said cosmetic (4) when said movable portion (50) rotates.

Cosmetic packaging (1) according to at least one preceding claim, wherein said first body (2) includes a handling device (22) adapted to move said cosmetic (4) in opposition to said pulverizing means (5).

Packaging for cosmetics (1) according to at least one preceding claim, in which said handling member (22) comprises a guide (22a) aligned with said main axis (1a), a cursor (22b) movable inside said guide (22a) and a thrust member (22c) arranged between said base (20) and said slider (22b) adapted to move said slider (22b) inside said guide (22a) along said main axis (1a) towards said spraying means (5).

Cosmetic packaging (1) according to at least one preceding claim, wherein said abrasive surface (51) is a grid.

Cosmetic packaging (1) according to at least one preceding claim, wherein said thrust member (22c) is an elastic element in preload.

Cosmetic packaging (1) according to at least one preceding claim, wherein said thrust member (22c) comprises two permanent magnets with coincident polarity.

Cosmetic packaging (1) according to at least one preceding claim, in which said abrasive surface (51) is resolvably constrained to said movable portion (50) by means of a cover (52) suitable for making with said movable portion (50) an interlocking constraint.

Cosmetic packaging (1) according to at least one preceding claim, wherein said cover (52) defines a collection volume (53) able to contain at least part of said pulverized cosmetic (4).

10. Process for pulverizing a cosmetic (4) comprising the cosmetic packaging (1) of one or more preceding claims, characterized by the fact of understanding: - a first phase in which said cosmetic (4) is inserted into said volume (10) - a second step in which said pulverizing means (5) are activated by a user and said cosmetic (4) is pulverized, - a third step in which said user collects said pulverized cosmetic (4) from said pulverizing means (5).
