Abstract

Il presente trovato ha come oggetto un procedimento per l'ottenimento di prodotti di impiego industriale da materie prime agricole, come erba medica, mais, orzo, sorgo ed altri vegetali, prodotti e sottoprodotti orticoli contenenti e non amidi.Il procedimento consiste nel sottoporre a spremitura i vegetali, per l'ottenimento di succo verde e di residuo fibroso e nel sottoporre a trattamenti successivi e separati il succo verde ed il residuo fibroso per ricavare: sieri vegetali (contenenti proteine solubili, azoto non proteico, sali minerali, zuccheri), cellulosa, ed altri polisaccaridi, liquidi di processo, concentrati proteico-vitaminici ed enzimi.
