Dispositivo di chiusura e di apertura per scorrimento per orifizio dì distribuzione laterale (1) comprendente una camicia laterale (8) e una parete trasversale (9) presentante un passaggio di scarico (10) del contenuto, un elemento distributore (4) comprendente una parete laterale (11) che si pone contro la camicia laterale (8) della copertura (3), una parete di copertura (12), comportate un passaggio a gomito (13) per il contenuto, in comunicazione, in un'estremità, con il passaggio di scarico (10) e chi sbocca a un'estremità sulla parete laterale (11) attraverso un orifizio di distribuzione laterale (1). L'elemento distributore (4) è montato a scorrimento in una direzione assiale (D) sulla copertura (3) tra due posizioni estreme di chiusura e di apertura. L'elemento distributore (4) divide la cavità definita dalla camicia laterale (8) e la parete trasversale (9) della copertura (3) con un elemento di spinta (5) montato a scorrimento sulla copertura (3) nella direzione assiale (D) tra due posizioni estreme rispettivamente di riposo e attiva, e comprendente una parete laterale (14) che si pone in parte contro la camicia laterale (8) della copertura (3) e una parete di copertura (15).
