Abstract

Un meccanismo di movimentazione per pallet (1) di fissaggio di pezzi, comprendente mezzi di fissaggio (4') per fissare un pallet (1) al meccanismo di movimentazione ed una vasca di lavaggio (8) ed anche un sistema di circolazione (9-12) del liquido di lavaggio. I mezzi di fissaggio (4') sono una parte di una tavola rotante (4) che è incernierata ad una tavola girevole 3, avente il suo asse di rotazione orizzontale (6) posizionato in modo tale che un asse di rotazione (B-B) della detta tavola rotante (4) possa essere ruotato da una posizione verticale ad una posizione orizzontale. Nell'ultima posizione il pallet (1) assieme con i suoi pezzi (2) viene disposto sopra la vasca di lavaggio (8) ed è girevole attorno all'asse orizzontale (B-B). La vasca di lavaggio (8) è fornita con un coperchio apribile e chiudibile (16).Adiacente alla vasca di lavaggio (8) è posizionato un robot (24) avente una testa di lavorazione (25) che è girevole verso una posizione sopra il pallet (1) che è disposta sopra la vasca di lavaggio per sbavare il detto pezzo (2) e/o per sostituire i pezzi (2) finiti e levati con altri da lavorare.
