Abstract

L'invenzione concerne un filtro per massa fusa per la depurazione di masse di materiale sintetico fuse , che in special modo provengono da estrusori, con un disco di vagliatura che è previsto, in maniera da poter essere azionato, tra due lastre costituenti una carcassa e che lungo un tracciato circolare presenta rientranze atte ad alloggiare elementi filtranti sostituibili, che per il tramite di dischi forati sono sostenuti, nella direzione di flusso della massa di materiale sintetico fuso, nei confronti delle forze che si vengono a creare in conseguenza della differenza di pressione in essi creantesi, e con un canale di colata che nella regione del tracciato circolare passa attraverso le lastre ed alimenta gli elementi filtranti con la massa fusa. Un tale filtro per masse fuse deve essere ulteriormente configurato con filtri facilmente sostituibili in modo tale che venga facilitata la sostituzione di elementi filtranti intasati rispettivamente consumati e sia resa superflua da separata pulizia dei dischi forati. Al riguardo viene proposto che la piastra forata ovvero le piastre forate siano disposte in modo stazionario nel canale di colata, a monte del fianco lato-deflusso del disco di vagliatura, e che il disco di vagliatura sia il mezzo di trasporto degli elementi filtranti.(Figura 1).
