Abstract

Due mezzi estrusori fondono ed alimentano due distinti polimeri termoplastici ad almeno una camera di accumulo. Una apertura di estrusione di spessore piccolo rispetto alla lunghezza, si estende trasversalmente, da un lato al lato opposto del dispositivo e comunica con la camera di accumulo. Un pistone impegna la camera di accumulo in cui si accumula un polimero termoplastico fuso. L'avanzamento del pistone provoca l'estrusione rapida di una lastra calda. Con la chiusura di due elementi di stampo si impegna la lastra calda per imprimerle la forma desiderata.
