Abstract

Il procedimento consente la produzione di radiatori a colonna definiti da due collettori e da una pluralità di colonne che collegano idraulicamente i collettori.Il procedimento comprende in successione una fase nel corso della quale i collettori (2) e le colonne (3) vengono alloggiati un uno stampo (19);una fase nel corso della quale, tramite mezzi di motorizzazione (18), lo stampo (19) viene trasferito in una stazione di saldatura (6); una fase in cui, tramite mezzi di motorizzazione (12, 14 e 15), almeno una testa laser (8) viene portato in prossimità delle zone da saldare; ed una fase nel corso della quale la testa laser (8) esegue, per ogni colonna (3), la saldatura laser del tipo CO2 del bordo d'estremità della colonna (3) su una faccia del collettore (2) in corrispondenza di un foro realizzato in questo.
