Abstract

L'invenzione ha per oggetto un impianto per il riempimento ed il trasporto di sacchi a valvola, in particolare di sacchi di cemento. Tale impianto comprende una macchina insaccatrice rotativa provvista di una bilancia elettronica. I sacchi pieni vengono fatti cadere dai becchi erogatori della macchina insaccatrice rotativa su un trasportatore di scarico e vengono da questo alimentati ad una trappola meccanica (14) separatrice di sacchi rotti. A monte di questa trappola è previsto un dispositivo squarciasacchi (35) che è comandatato dalla bilancia elettronica (16) della macchina insaccatrice rotativa (10). La bilancia elettronica (16) effettua il confronto fra i pesi effettivo e nominale ed attiva il dispositivo squarciasacchi (15) quando rivela un sacco di peso insufficiente od eccessivo. La parete del sacco viene aperta in corrispondenza del lato longitudinale per mezzo di un coltello di taglio (24) del dispositivo squarciasacchi (15) e questo sacco a valvola viene scartato, insieme al suo contenuto, nella trappola meccanica separatrice di sacchi rotti.The invention relates to a plant for filling and transporting valve bags, in particular cement bags. The sack wall is opened at the longitudinal side by means of a cutting knife (24) of the bag squeegee device (15) and this valve bag is discarded, together with its contents, in the mechanical trap separating broken sacks.
