Abstract
L'invenzione riguarda una sostanza assorbente a base di filtro molecolare destinata prevalentemente alla depurazione del gas metano. La nuova sostanza assorbente a base di filtro molecolare deve evitare in larga misura, negli impianti di assor-bimento, la formazione di acido solfidrico mantenendo contemporaneamente una elevata capacità dinamica di assorbimento dell' H2S. Si è riscontrato che con una miscela di legante composta dai componenti attapulgite e bentonite ad elevato potere di rigonfiamento, e da un plastificante, le sostanze assorbenti legate a base di filtro molecolare negli impianti di assorbimento eliminano in larga misura dai gas naturali i composti a base di zolfo, in modo tale che viene fortemente ridotta la formazione di solfuro di diossido di carbonio.
