Abstract

Macchina martellatrice pneumatica portatile a colpo singolo caratterizzato del fatto di comprendere:- un involucro esterno essenzialmente conformato a pistola con un'impugnatura cava (2) provvista di attacco (6) per l'aria compressa e con una canna (4), internamente comunicante con detta impugnatura,- una massa battente (8) alloggiata a tenuta entro un guida (54) prevista entro detta canna (4) e mobile assialmente lungo la guida stessa tra una posizione posteriore di riposo e di una posizione anteriore attiva,- un pistone (50) posteriormente e coassialmente allineato con detta guida (54) e mobile tra una posizione anteriore di chiusura di detta guida ed una posizione posteriore di apertura della stessa,- un otturatore (12) posizionato all'interno dell'impugnatura (2) e provvisto di un grilletto (10), tramite il quale viene provocata la chiusura posteriore di detta guida (54) da parte di detto pistone (50) ed il mantenimento di detta massa battente (8) a fine corsa posteriore, quando detto grilletto (10) é disattivato, nonché l'apertura posteriore di detta guida (54) e la brusca immissione in esso, a monte di detta massa battente (8), dell'aria compressa presente all'interno dì detta impugnatura (2) e di detta canna (4), per il brusco spostamento della massa battente stessa nella posizione estrema di fine corsa anteriore, e - un punzone (68) applicato a detta canna (4) in posizione anteriormente allineata a detta guida (54) e percuotibile da detta massa battente (8) quand'essa si trova a fine corsa anteriore.Single-shot portable pneumatic hammering machine characterized in that it comprises: - an essentially pistol-shaped external casing with a hollow handle (2) equipped with connection (6) for compressed air and with a barrel (4), internally communicating with said handle, - a striking mass (8) seated tightly within a guide (54) provided within said barrel (4) and axially movable along the same guide between a rear rest position and an active front position, - a piston (50) posteriorly and coaxially aligned with said guide (54) and movable between a front closing position of said guide and a rear opening position thereof, - a shutter (12) positioned inside the handle (2) and provided with a trigger (10), by means of which the rear closing of said guide (54) by said piston (50) and the maintenance of said hammer mass (8) at the rear stroke end, when the the trigger (10) is deactivated, as well as the rear opening of said guide (54) and the abrupt introduction into it, upstream of said striking mass (8), of the compressed air present inside said handle (2) and of said barrel (4), for the abrupt displacement of the hammer mass in the extreme position of the front limit stop, and - a punch (68) applied to said barrel (4) in a position aligned front with said guide (54) and percussible from said striking mass (8) when it is at the front stroke end.
