This is furnished by the use of a pulverizer for quarries for use as a processing machine for reduction of rock and mineral-containing materials. The purpose of the pulverizer for quarries is to improve the ability to satisfy the requirements of milling of product without adding costs or time to the operation, thereby reducing the maintenance costs associated with this type of machine, to increase the feed capacity, to demonstrate how a centrifugal reduction machine can eliminate wear on its central rotor, and to present a pulverizer with a fully modular design that can be fabricated so as to satisfy the needs of the customers. The invention also introduces the concept of how a static impact area can be changed into a dynamic impact area, subsequently boosting the reduction efficiency. A pulverizer for quarries is provided which operates like a reduction process machine for rocks or materials containing minerals. It is comprised of an upper cover with a collection hopper to receive the material feed, together with a cup shaped rotor mounted vertically, which receives the material feed from the cover and accelerates the material upward and toward the rim by centrifugal force. A modular system of brackets surrounds the edge of the rotor cup, piling up the material or becoming inserted in the metal blocks and acting like areas of impact for the material arriving on chutes where the material can be unloaded by gravity.
