Abstract

L'invenzione concerne una protesi di ginocchio tricompartimentale con menischi oscillanti. Questa protesi comprende due elementi condilari, un elemento tibiale e due elementi in materia plastica formanti menischi oscillanti. Gli elementi condilari (11) fanno parte integrante di una protesi femorale totale (10); l'elemento tibiale (30) è a forma di ferro di cavallo e comporta, al di sotto, una superficie piana (31), fissata contro il piano di taglio tibiale (41), e, nella parte superiore, due superfici d'appoggio (33,34), inclinate verso l'interno secondo un angolo alfa e delimitate, verso l'interno, da arresti laterali (35,36). Applicazione: chirurgia ossea.
