Abstract
Viene descritto un sensore (1) comprendente due piastre fisse (5, 7) ed una piastra mobile (6) disposta fra le due piastre fisse. Sulle facce reciprocamente affacciate, le piastre fisse (5, 7) e la piastra mobile (6) presentano metallizzazione (10, 14) definenti, a due a due, le armature di due condensatori. Le metallizzazioni (14) della piastra mobile (6) sono realizzate ciascuna all'interno di una rispettiva scanalatura (13) la cui profondità (b) è maggiore di quella (a) delle metallizzazioni (14). Le piastre (5-7) sono realizzate di materiale ceramico tappato superficialmente in modo da favorire lo scorrimento della piastra mobile (6) rispetto a quelle fisse (5, 7). In tal modo si ottiene un trasduttore di dimensioni molto ridotte, con ottima tolleranza dimensionale e costi accettabili.Figure 2 e 5
