Abstract

E' realizzato un sistema di turbina a gas alimentato a carbone con un combustore testa incorporato per generare potenza all'asse rotante consumando carbone. Un carbonizzatore trasforma il carbone in polverino viene bruciato in un combustore a letto fluidizzato pressurizzato (PFBC) alimentato con aria compressa da una turbina a gas. Il gas caldo proviene dal PFBC viene diretto ad un combustore di testa per l'ulteriore riscaldamento bruciando il combustibile gassoso prodotto dal carbonizzatore. Il combustore di testa è costituito da una molteplicità d'involucri per combustore cilindrici disposti entro una cavità formata dalla carcassa di turbina a gas tra le sezioni di compressore e di turbina. Un deflettore perforato disposto nella cavità crea una camera di pressione cosicché il gas caldo che entra nella carcassa attraverso quattro tubazioni disposte attorno alla sua periferia viene distribuito uniformemente tra gli involucri di combustore.
