Abstract
Tale acciaio, in accordo con l'invenzione, presente un'elevata resistenza alla corrosione generalizzata, alla corrosione da pitting e crevice in ambienti ricchi di ioni cloro e un'ottima resistenza alla corrosione sotto carico in presenza contemporanea di H2S e CO2 nonché elevato carico di snervamento anche allo stato solubilizzato. Le caratteristiche di cui sopra a vengono raggiunte mediante appropriato bilanciamento analitico. La composizione chimica espressa in percentuale in peso rispetta i seguenti limiti: C 0.025 max, Mn 0.80 max, Si 0.80 max, Cr 24-26, Ni 6.5-8.0, Mo 3.0-4.0, S 0.002 max, P 0.025 max, Cu 1.2-2.0, W 0.80-1.2, N 0.23-0.33, Fe resto.L'analisi chimica è opportunamente bilanciata per ottenere:P. R E. - Cr + 3.3 Mo + 16 N > 42.Il trattamento termico di solubilizzazione tra 1070 e 1100°C seguito da ipertempra in acqua rende tale acciaio esente da fasi intermetalliche.La ferrite alfa è compresa tra 40 e 60%.
