Abstract

Stampo ceramico per la formatura di piastrelle, comprende una matrice (1) verticalmente mobile che è provvista di almeno una cavità (2) di formatura il cui fondo è definito da un tampone (5) di tipo "marca" ed una sovrastante contromatrice (11) che è fissata sotto la traversa (10) della pressa ceramica, e che presenta una cavità (22) il cui fondo è definito da un tampone (55) tipo "bordino". Il tampone (55) è atto a scorrere in quota tra una posizione arretrata di formatura della piastrella (6), ed una posizione avanzata di scarico della stessa, ed il medesimo tampone (55) è provvisto di almeno un'apertura (80) passante in cui è scorrevolmente ricevuta un'anima (81) stazionaria di forma coniugata. In corrispondenza della superficie attiva di detta anima sono previsti stretti passaggi (84) in cui dapprima viene creata una depressione atta a richiamare entro la parte libera di detta apertura (80) un materiale polverulento (88), e poi viene rotto il vuoto per rilasciare quest'ultimo.
