Abstract

Procedimento per la chiusura in ambiente neutro di barattoli contenenti prodotti alimentari, prevede l'immissione del contenitore in ambiente a tenuta stagna, la creazione in detto ambiente di un vuoto pari ad almeno 70 cm di mercurio, la successiva immissione in detto ambiente a tenuta stagna posto in depressione di gas neutro alla pressione di almeno 0,1 bar e quindi l'aggraffatura del coperchio. L'impianto per attuare il procedimento è del tipo a giostra e comprende un piatto rotante che presenta una corona circolare costituita da una successione di piattelli aventi forma di tasselli mobili verticalmente a tenuta stagna, tra due pareti cilindriche parallele, ogni tassello essendo sovrastato da una campana, che pure scorre a tenuta stagna tra dette pareti cilindriche.
