Abstract

Un dispositivo adatto per effettuare la mescolazione di sostanze aventi un'elevata viscosità, comprendente uno o due rulli mescolatori ruotanti attorno ad assi verticali, sollevabili ed abbassabili entro e fuori da un fusto cilindrico ruotante con asse verticale, contenente le sostanze da mescolare, nonché di spostarsi radialmente, e mezzi motori per attivare i movimenti dei rulli mescolatori e del fusto, in modo tale che i rulli mescolatori, inizialmente sollevati per consentire l'installazione del fusto contenente le sostanze da mescolare, penetrano nel fusto in posizione pressoché centrale immergendosi nelle sostanze da mescolare, poi effettuano la mescolazione per l'effetto combinato della propria rotazione e della rotazione del fusto, spostandosi durante tale operazione verso la periferia, in avvicinamento rispetto alle pareti del fusto, in modo da assoggettare le sostanze da mescolare a schiacciamento, laminazione e stiramento in tutte le regioni del fusto; infine i rulli mescolatori riprendono una posizione pressoché centrale e vengono sollevati fuori dal fusto per consentirne l'asportazione, venendo nello stesso tempo ripuliti da dispositivi di pulizia.
