Abstract

Il contenuto totale di azoto di un campione viene determinato mediante un procedimento che prevede la combustione flash dinamica del campione, la successiva riduzione dei gas di combustione per passaggio in corrente di He attraverso un reattore contenente Cu, la rimozione di acqua dai gas ridotti, il passaggio dei gas anidri attraverso una colonna gascromatografica per separare l'azoto dal metano eventualmente formatosi, la rimozione dell'anidride carbonica su trappola basica e l'analisi dei gas umidi in uscita dalla trappola basica in un rivelatore e termoconducibilità mantenuto ad una temperatura almeno pari a quella di vaporizzazione dell'acqua nei gas da analizzare.
