Abstract

L'invenzione riguarda composti di inclusione di nimesulide con ciclodestrina alfa, beta e gamma sostituita o nella sua forma idratata, con rapporto molecolare nimesulide/ciclodestrina compreso tra 1:0,5 e 1:15.Un primo procedimento consiste nel far reagire una soluzione acquosa di ciclodestrina con una soluzione organica di nimesulide e isolare il composto di inclusione mediante filtrazione.Un secondo procedimento consiste nel far reagire la nimesulide e la ciclodestrina in una soluzione ammoniacale e isolare il composto di inclusione tramite essiccazione della soluzione.Un terzo procedimento consiste nel far reagire la nimesulide e la ciclodestrina in una soluzione ammoniacale e isolare il composto di inclusione mediante liofilizzazione.L'invenzione riguarda pure le composizioni farmaceutiche con attività analgesica e antiinfiammatoria contenenti come principio attivo i citati composti di inclusione.
