Abstract

Questa invenzione si riferisce a un metodo e a un apparecchio per la misurazione diretta e continua delle caratteristiche elettrochimiche di un fluido ad alta resistività. Un sensore con un corpo munito di una membrana porosa viene utilizzato per alimentare un campione di prova della soluzione elettrolitica nel fluido ad alta resistività. Viene utilizzata la soluzione elettrolitica contenente elettroliti quali dimetil-sulfossido (DMSO) e clorato di litio (LiCl04), oppure carbonato di propilene e LiCl04, LiCl o NaCl. L'elettrolito organico si fissa a una estremità del fluido ad atta resistività, e la sua estremità alta-mente polare completa un circuito elettrico con rumore limitato, consentendo in questo modo la misurazione continua delle caratteristiche elettrochimiche del fluido ad alta resistività, (Fig. 1).
