Abstract

Un apparecchio per controllare lo stato di lavorazione di una punta da trapano secondo la presente invenzione comprende: un disco di contatto a pressione, idoneo a venire a contatto con un cartone od una piastra da lavorare, quando una piastra mobile verticalmente si sposta verso il basso, sicché si può montare o fissare agevolmente un sensore e non sussiste alcun funzionamento erroneo del sensore dovuto a deterioramento per decorso del tempo od a trucioli; un sensore, applicato sulla piastra mobile verticalmente ed idoneo a trasformare le vibrazioni del cartone da lavorare, prodotte nella lavorazione con una punta da trapano, in un segnale elettrico attraverso il disco di contatto a pressione e la piastra mobile verticalmente; ed un corpo di apparecchio di diagnosi, collegato elettricamente al sensore ed idoneo ad analizzare un segnale elettrico proveniente dal sensore, onde rilevare lo stato di frattura o rottura della punta da trapano.
