Abstract

Dispositivo per il posizionamento dei pezzi davanti ad una macchina operatrice, con tavola di accoglimento del pezzo, traversa di arresto in profondità mobile nei due sensi sulla tavola rispetto alla macchina ed elementi di arresto per un arresto laterale e/o per l'arresto in profondità sulla traversa. La tavola è collegata con una guida scanalata e quest'ultima è collegata con un gruppo di guida circolare, con tubo di guida e slitte di guida. la traversa è collegata alle slitte nonchè è provvista di un dispositivo di posizionamento a regolazione continua e di un dispositivo di posizionamento a perno di arresto. la guida scanalata è realizzata come profilato a tubo rettangolare, il quale presenta sul suo lato rivolto verso il gruppo di guida circolare due scanalature di collegamento a testa di martello per il collegamento del gruppo di guida circolare e sul lato superiore due scanalature di posizionamento a testa di martello nonchè una scanalatura di fissaggio a testa di martello disposta più in basso per il fissaggio della tavola di accoglimento del pezzo. Il profilato a tubo rettangolare nonchè il gruppo di guida circolare e, rispettivamente, la tavola sono collegati per mezzo di dispositivi di avvitamento a testa di martello. Il dispositivo di posizionamento a regolazione continua nonchè il dispositivo di posizionamento con perno di arresto cooperano con madreviti nell'una e, rispettivamente, nell'altra scanalatura di posizionamento a testa di martello.
