Viene descritto l'acido L-3-[[N-[2-(2-tenoil)tiopropionil]gli cil]]tiazolidin-4-carbossilico dotato di interessante attività antielastastica, antienfisema, mucolitica-espettorante, antiossidante (radical-scavenger), antibroncospastica, antitussiva, antiinfiammatoria, epatoprotettiva e di bassa tossicità.Vengono riportati tre procedimenti di sintesi e le forme farmaceutiche per l'impiego in terapia.L-3 - [[N- [2- (2-tenoyl) thiopropionyl] cil]] thiazolidin-4-carboxylic acid with interesting anti-elastastic, anti-emphysema, mucolytic-expectorant, antioxidant (radical-scavenger) activity is described , anti-bronchospastic, antitussive, anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotective and low toxicity. Three synthesis procedures and pharmaceutical forms for use in therapy are reported.
