Abstract

Per la fabbricazione di pannelli che sono costituiti da un pannello interno di materiale a base di legno, da un rivestimento superficiale, da una protezione perimetrale dei bordi di materia plastica, ricoprente le superfici lavorate del pannello interno e circondante i bordi tra queste ultime e la superficie con una cornice di bordatura ed elementi strutturali funzionali sul lato inferiore del pannello, la protezione dei bordi con la cornice di bordatura viene prefabbricata come un telaio nel corso dello stampaggio ad iniezione, il telaio e il pannello interno vengono inseriti nella parte inferiore di uno stampo per iniezione e l'intercapedine esistente fra di essi viene riempita almeno parzialmente nel corso dello stampaggio ad iniezione ricoprendo le superfici lavorate del pannello interno con il materiale di iniezione, e nello stesso processo di stampaggio ad iniezione gli elementi strutturali funzionali il cui contorno stampato è eseguito nel semistampo superiore dello stampo per iniezione vengono stampati ottenendo un intimo collegamento del materiale con la materia plastica riempiente l'intercapedine.
