Abstract

Dispositivo e metodo di saldatura ad attrito per saldare ad attrito conduttori di indotto (104), aventi un rivestimento elettricamente isolante, alle linguette (102) di un collettore, comprende una coppia di elettrodi (126, 126': 126, 128) affiancati e distanziati. La coppia di elettrodi viene congiuntamente condotta in corrispondenza di una superficie comune della linguetta lontana dalla traccia delle spazzole, sovrapponendosi ad un conduttore di indotto da saldare. Il calore generato durante il processo di saldatura ad attrito vaporizza l'isolante sul conduttore di indotto per consentire, in condizioni controllate, la saldatura ad attrito del conduttore alla linguetta (figura 4).
