Abstract

Il trovato in oggetto concerne un particolare inserto, atto ad essere utilizzato in odontoiatria, nel campo dell'implantologia endossea, per un successivo ancoraggio della protesi.A differenza degli inserti attualmente utilizzati, costituiti da un corpo rigido, quello che si descrive svolge un'azione dinamica, con progressiva compressione del tessuto da un lato, al fine di attivare gli osteoclasti, e con progressiva depressione dell'altro, al fine di attivare gli osteoblasti, per rigenerare in maniera più rapida e completa il tessuto osseo. Viene così ridotto il tempo di attesa per l'applicazione della protesi e si ha un ancoraggio più simile a quello fisiologico.L'azione di compressione e' ottenuta a mezzo di radici espandibili, registrabili all'atto dell'installazione dell'inserto e durante le visite di controllo successive.
