Abstract

Metodo per la misurazione della carica batterica nei liquidi per via amperometrica in cella bioelettrochimica (1) caratterizzato dal fatto che il mediatore viene inizialmente ossidato nella cella (1), successivamente posto in contatto con un sistema di intrappolamento (11) contenente i batteri del campione dando luogo ad una prima risposta agli elettrodi (101, 201), ed infine riportato in contatto col sistema di intrappolamento (11) dopo avere ucciso i batteri presenti ottenendo una seconda risposta dovuta alle sostanze interferenti, che viene sottratta alla precedente. Si provvede anche una apparecchiatura per la esecuzione di tale metodo.
