Abstract
Si intende indicare un procedimento per la fabbricazione di un cuscino con un riempimento d'aria variabile, costituito da un corpo espanso chiuso a tenuta di gas, fatto di un materiale espanso a pori aperti e da una valvola per l'entrata e l'uscita di gas, con cui siano fabbricabili cuscini con qualsiasi contorno desiderato. A tale scopo è previsto che il corpo espanso venga portato nel contorno desiderato per il cuscino e successivamente la superficie libera del corpo espanso venga provvista di una sigillatura a tenuta di gas costituita da un materiale ad alta elasticità, la valvola essendo condotta attraverso il rivestimento reticolato del corpo espanso, fino nella sua regione a pori aperti.
