Abstract

Viene descritta una guarnizione di tenuta comprendente una porzione di attacco (2) fissabile lungo il bordo perimetrale (3a) di un'apertura (3) chiudibile da uno sportello (4), ed una porzione tubolare di tenuta (9) fissata lungo la porzione di ancoraggio (2).La porzione di tenuta (9) è elasticamente deformabile, a seguito della chiusura dello sportello (4), da uno stato di riposo in cui presenta un profilo in sezione trasversale sostanzialmente tondeggiante, ad uno stato di lavoro in cui tale profilo risulta deformato per schiacciamento.Il bordo perimetrale interno del profilo in sezione trasversale presenta tre rientranze (11, 12, 13) che, insieme alla zona di attacco (9a) della porzione di tenuta (9) sulla porzione di ancoraggio (2), definiscono quattro cerniere, per effetto delle quali la porzione di tenuta (9) si comporta, nel passare dallo stato libero allo stato di lavoro, come un parallelogramma deformabile.
