Abstract

Un bruciatore a gas atto all'emissione di raggi infrarossi per una piastra in vetroceramica è alimentato, in una variazione continua di portata del gas, da un unico rubinetto a doppia mandata. Lo scarico dei fumi avviene sul bordo esterno del bruciatore attraverso asole periferiche al di sotto della piastra riscaldante, così da aumentare i rendimenti di riscaldamento grazie alla riutilizzazione dei fumi della combustione. La piastra riscaldante, ovvero la zona di piastra interessata dal bruciatore, è suddivisa in due zone concentriche separate, ognuna delle quali riceve il gas dalla corrispondente mandata, regolabile mediante il rispettivo rubinetto di comando. Su uno stesso piano vetroceramico possono essere naturalmente previsti più bruciatori, per esempio in numero di quattro, ciascuno relativo ad una determinata zona di cottura, anche di dimensioni e potenze diverse.
