Abstract

L'invenzione concerne un dispositivo per la cernita di oggetti non imballati, in particolare di bon-bon.All'invenzione sta per base il compito di cernere bon-bon non impaccati dal flusso delle confezioni di qualità e con ciò sostanzialmente aumentare la frazione delle confezioni di qualità, senza intervento manuale.Il dispositivo secondo l'invenzione è costituito da una ruota di produzione, alla quale è preposta una ruota di cessione con elementi di presa di assunzione disposti a coppia sulla circonferenza. Gli elementi di presa di assunzione 2; 2' sono configurati a forma di forchetta, e sono alloggiati in maniera oscillabile in senso contrario trasversalmente alla direzione di rotazione della ruota di cessione 1. Nelle zone di cessione D-D' ed E-E' della ruota di cessione 1 sono disposte sopra i punti di torsione dei bon-bon B lamiere a segmento circolare 10; 10' adattate all'andamento del percorso di trasporto, alle quali è associato un pattino di guida 11 fissato tra gli elementi di presa di assunzione 2; 2' al di sotto del percorso di trasporto dei bon-bon B.
