Abstract
PURPOSE:To separate the fitted products having different dimension reliably with high speed, by providing a seat contacting with the outercircumference of a feeding product and a nail contacting with the innercircumferential face then combining each setting cams and rotating said cams through a rack and pinion mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A center post 64 is provided at the central part of an elevating substrate 61 then one set of a seat setting cam 65 having a seat contacting with the outercircumference of the feeding product, a seat drive pinion 66, a nail setting cam 67 having a nail contacting with the inner circumference of the feeding product and a nail drive pinion 68 are idly fitted at the upper and lower position of said post. Said setting cams 65, 67 have four cam grooves 69 converging in arc toward the center and a guide roller 69' is idly fitted in said cam groove. Seat moving links 70a, 70b and 71a, 71b pivoted at one end to said guide roller are fixed symmetrically up and down, and left and right. With such simple structure and the combination of the machinery, high speed separation can be performed reliably.
