Abstract

L'invenzione riguarda una macchina per la produzione di saponette in sapone trasparente, caratterizzata dal fatto di comprendere una prima zona di dosatura e formatura del prodotto comprendente mezzi (5, 6, 7) di aspirazione del sapone liquido e di invio ai semistampi (3), mezzi (14) di iniezione del sapone liquido nei semistampi (3); mezzi di alimentazione tra semistampi (3) del film (15) costituente l'involucro, mezzi (16) per il riscaldamento del film (15) sino alla temperatura di rammollimento; mezzi (4) per la formatura dell'involucro all'interno dei semistampi (3) e mezzi (19) per la saldatura dei due semiinvolucri ottenuti nei semistampi (3) dopo l'iniezione del prodotto, detta prima zona essendo termostatata; una seconda zona di avanzamento e centratura meccanico-pneumatico comprendente mezzi (22) per il taglio in strisce del film, mezzi di guida (23) e trascinamento (21) e mezzi di centratura; una terza zona di tranciatura degli involucri comprendente mezzi (26) di alimentazione degli involucri nella zona di tranciatura, mezzi (25) di tranciatura a freddo e mezzi (27) per l'allontanamento del prodotto tranciato; una quarta zona di taglio degli sfridi comprendente mezzi (29) per il taglio a freddo degli sfridi e mezzi (27) per il loro allontanamento; e una quinta zona di refrigeramento del prodotto ottenuto; tutto il funzionamento della macchina essendo determinato e coordinato mediante un elaboratore.
