Abstract

Procedimento per la produzione di elementi di tenuta rotante, in particolare anelli di tenuta meccanica frontale per pompe di raffreddamento, consistente nella compattazione di polvere di silicio secondo la forma voluta, e nel trattamento di nitrurazione in forno, eseguito in due fasi, di cui la prima si compie sotto vuoto, fino a circa 700°C, e la fase finale a pressione atmosferica, in ambiente statico di N2, contenente idrogeno secco.
