Abstract

Nei noti dispositivi per la sbavatura o la rottura con o senza asportazione di truciolo degli spigoli frontali dei denti di ruote dentate (pezzi), in cui almeno un utensile a ruote dentate che ingrana con il pezzo supportato in modo girevole e che lavora gli spigoli dei denti è collegato con una ruota di guida che ingrana pure con il pezzo e che aziona detto pezzo, gli utensili previsti per eliminare le cosiddette bavature secondarie, sotto forma di utensili da taglio, attigue lateralmente al pezzo, o di mole per tranciare rotanti non sono affatto soddisfacenti. Per migliorare il risultato di lavoro si debbono alloggiare, quindi, utensili di sbavatura secondari in un portautensile integrato, non in modo rotante ma cardanicamente mobile, coassialmente con l'asse del pezzo nella sede di alloggiamento del pezzo e appoggiabile in modo assialmente molleggiato contro il pezzo; sia l'appoggiabilità sia l'eliminazione delle bave secondarie possono essere migliorate ancora di più con i cosiddetti utensili di sostegno, disposti pure nel portautensile e attigui, a molleggio, ad una superficie piana del pezzo.
