Abstract

Una chiusura di garanzia per una bottiglia e simili, la quale comprende un tappo a cappuccio, svitabile e avvitabile sulla bottiglia, una fascetta di garanzia collegata al tappo a cappuccio tramite ponticelli, e riscontri formati nella fascetta per impegnare rispettivi denti formati nella bottiglia, presenta il vantaggio di una migliorata segnalazione dell'avvenuta apertura, grazie al fatto che la fascetta è suddivisa in almeno due archi, i quali sono provvisti alle estremità anteriore e posteriore nel senso dello svitamento del tappo a cappuccio, di rispettivi ponticelli di collegamento al tappo, e di rispettivi riscontri, il ponticello posto in corrispondenza della estremità anteriore essendo rompibile in seguito all'impegno del rispettivo riscontro con il rispettivo dente, e il ponticello posto in corrispondenza dell'estremità posteriore costituendo una cerniera per lo spostamento angolare dell'arco in seguito all'impegno del rispettivo riscontro con il rispettivo dente.
