Abstract

Si intende ingrandire la sezione trasversale di passaggio della valvola di sicurezza (30) della valvola limitratrice di pressione (10).La valvola di sicurezza (30) disposta nel pistone cavo (22) e della valvola limitratrice di pressione (10) possiede un otturatore valvolare (31) cooperante con un foro (32) nel fondo (27) del pistone cavo (22). Questo otturatore è alloggiato in un corpo di guida (33) formante canali di deflusso (43). Il corpo di guida (33) è dotato di superficie di rimbalzo (44), le quali limitano la sezione trasversale dei canali di deflusso (43) e sono formate da traversini. Con l'attivazione della valvola di sicurezza (30) fluido in pressione incontra le superfici di rimbalzo (44) e produce una forza che coadiuva il sollevamento dell'otturatore valvolare (31) dal fondo (27) del pistone (22).La valvola limitatrice di pressione (10) con valvola di sicurezza (30) può essere impiegata in impianti di frenatura ad aria compressa di veicoli.
