Abstract

L'invenzione si riferisce ad un procedimento e dispositivo per la guida di un nastro di acciaio attorno all'asse longitudinale di una pressa operante in continuo per produrre pannelli truciolari, pannelli di fibre e pannelli di legno compensato, con nastri di acciaio senza fine flessibili, che trasmettono la pressione di pressatura nonché trascinano il prodotto da pressare attraverso la pressa e tramite tamburi di rinvio sono guidati attorno al tavolo di pressatura rispettivamente attorno alla mazza di pressatura e con intercapedine di pressatura impostabile, tramite assi di rotolamento che si muovono concomitantemente e con le loro assi sono guidate trasversalmente alla direzione di passaggio del nastro, si sostengono in contrappoggio del tavolo e della mazza di pressatura. L'invenzione è caratterizzata dalla regolazione del nastro di acciaio (6) della mazza di pressatura sull'asse di mezzeria longitudinale (I-I) della pressa (1) e del tavolo di pressatura (2) mediante rotazione orizzontale della mazza di pressatura (3) e dei tamburi di azionamento e di rinvio (10 e 37), fissati su di essa, attorno ad un asse di rotazione verticale (19) nel centro di una pressa (1) in ragione dell'angolo ?, laddove poco prima i cilindri di pressione a corsa breve (7, 15) nella zona di alta pressione (HD) sono commutati sullo scarico fino alla fine della rotazione della mazza di pressatura (3).(Figura 1)
