Abstract

L'invenzione si riferisce ad un procedimento e dispositivo per la guida del nastro di acciaio attorno all'asse longitudinale di una pressa operante in continuo, per pannelli truciolari, pannelli di fibre e pannelli di legno compensato, con nastri di acciaio senza fine flessibili, che trasmettono la pressione di pressatura e inoltre trascinano il prodotto da pressare attraverso la pressa e sono guidati tramite tamburi di azionamento e tamburi di rinvio attorno al tavolo di pressatura e rispettivamente alla mazza di pressatura e con intercapedine di pressatura impostabile tramite aste di rotolamento che si muovono concomitamente, e che con i loro assi sono guidati trasversalmente alla direzione di passaggio del nastro, si sostengono in contrappoggio del tavolo e della mazza di pressatura, laddove gli assi dei tamburi di azionamento e/oppure gli assi dei tamburi di rinvio sono variabili mediante spostamento su un lato longitudinale per mezzo di disposizioni cilindro-pistone di pressione. L'invenzione consiste nel fatto che lo spostamento assiale su un lato longitudinale (I-I oppure II-II) avviene in ragione dell'angolo ? sull'asse del tamburo di circolazione e/oppure del tamburo di azionamento (IV-IV e/oppure V-V) soltanto quando i cilindri di pressione (7, 15) a corsa breve nella zona di alta pressione (HD) dello stesso lato longitudinale (I-I oppure II-II) sono commutati su uno scarico di breve durata.(Figura 1)
