Abstract

A machine to produce crescents and other loosely rolled pastry includes an endless belt for the dough mouldings and a preliminary roll, followed by a convergent gap formed between the endless belt and a back-up surface. This surface is created by an elastically suspended endless belt which is moved opposite to the main belt and forms an acute angle with it.
