The present product contains: 2 to 5% wetness, 70 to 80% saturated and unsaturated monocarboxylic fatty acids C8 - C10 - C12 - C14 - C16 - C18 - C20 - C22 combined with calcium. 3 to 15% of monoglycerides of saturated and unsaturated monocarboxylic fatty acids C8 - C10 - C12 - C14 - C16 - C18 - C20 - C22; 2 to 15% free saturated and unsaturated monocarboxylic fatty acids C8 - C10 - C12 - C14 - C16 - C18 - C20 - C22, combined with glycerol; 2% to 7% of glycerol.
