Claims (13)

42217/2 CLAIMS: ^
1. A flexible laminate cora rising at least two layers bonded together with adhesive, one layer being a uniaxially oriented, high density polyolefin ilm which has been oriented at a temperature below the crystallization temperature of the high density polyethylene^^
2. A laminate according to claim 1, wherein bonding is achieved by a polyurethane based adhesive.
3. A laminate according to claim 1 , wherein bonding is achieved by an epoxy based adhesive.
4. · A laminate accoding to claim 1, wherein bonding is achieved by a polyester based adhesive,
5. A laminate according to any one of claims 1 to 4 comprising a layer adjacent to the uniaxially oriented polyolefin filmland acting as a barrier to^j^ggj^ including volatile products.
6. A laminate according to claim 5, wherein the barrier layer is an aluminium foil.
7. A laminate according to claim 5 or 6 comprisin a film adjacent to the opposite side of the barrier layer and acting as a protective layer and/or a strengthening layer.
8. A laminate according to claim 7, wherein the film adjacent to the opposite side of the barrier layer is a polyester film or a regenerated cellulose film.
9. A laminate according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the uniaxially oriented polyolefin film has a thickness of 10 to 100. microns*
10. A laminate according to any one of claims 5 to 9, wherein the barrier layer has a thickness of 10 to 100 microns*
11. A laminate according to any one of claims 7 to 10, wherein the protective and/or strengthening layer has a thickness of 10 to 100 microns.
12. A pouch made from a laminate according to any one of the preceding claims and sealed by means of heat-sealing or adhesion, the uniaxially oriented polyolefin film being situated on the inside of the pouch.
13. A pouch according to claim 12, wherein the orientation direction of the uniaxially oriented polyolefin film is so that, when the pouch is opened by tearing, an edge or a corner is torn from the pouch.
