1363508 Thiolcarbamates BOEHRINGER INGELHEIM GmbH 14 Oct 1971 [15 Oct 1970] 47914/71 Heading C2C Novel compounds (I) (including salts thereof) where R 1 is C 1 to C 7 alkyl, C 2 to C 5 alkenyl or C 5 or C 6 cycloalkyl or cycloalkenyl and R 2 is H or -CHR 2 -CH 2 -NR 1 - signifies a 5 or 6 membered ring system, R 3 is Ph or pyridyl and R 4 is Ph, pyridyl or C 5 to C 7 cycloalkyl or cycloalkenyl are made by standard methods. The following compounds are also prepared: (where R is cyclohexyl). Pharmaceutical preparations especially showing spasmolytic action contain (I) as active ingredient; administration is orally, parenterally or rectally.
