Abstract

Coating comprises a hydrophilic, water-insoluble, acrylic resin capable of expanding at least 20% in water the coating reducing the drag when the structure is mobile. The resin is esp. an hydroxy ethyl or hydroxy propyl acrylate or methacrylate polymer. Pref. an organic Pb cpd. is included as an anti-fouling agent. [FR2056319A5]
