Abstract

The invention relates to a upper barrel suitable for the device to kill mosquitoes and/or flies. The upper barrel comprises a first external shell, a circuit controlling board, an actuator and a pillar, the actuator includes a first and second electric motor with drive mechanism, a first and second wire rewinding wheel, each axis of the motors is vertical to each other. The rotation of the wheels in the upper barrel drives the middle barrel moving up and down, mosquitoes and/or flies are attracted to the device when the middle barrel is drived to the top portion by the rotation of the wheel, and pressed under water to be drown when the middle barrel is drived to the bottom portion by the rotation of the wheel, the killing course do not cause secondary pollution or threat to health.<Figure 17>

Upper barrel for device to kill mosquitoes and/or flies Field of the Invention The invention relates to a upper barrel suitable for the device to kill mosquitoes and/or flies.
Description of prior art Currently, normal manners to kill mosquitoes and/or flies include spraying insecticide with special toxic on the bodies of mosquitoes and/or flies or over the area where mosquitoes and/or flies are present, such manners inevitably cause secondary pollution on the environment. For security and health concerns, people must evacuate the scene after spraying insecticide. Most kinds of insecticides are toxic, they are likely to cause secondary pollution or threat to health.
There is provided with a device to kill mosquitoes and/or flies gathered by non-toxic inducer in a mechanical manner so as to solve the above problem.
Summary of the present invention The object of the invention is to provide a upper barrel suitable for the device to kill mosquitoes and/or flies gathered by non-toxic inducer in a mechanical manner so as to solve the above problem.
In the following, the technical solution will be described.
A upper barrel for the device to kill mosquitoes and/or flies comprises a first external shell, a circuit controlling board and a pillar, the external shell consists of a first upper cover, a first side wall and a first lower cover, the 2/13 first upper cover and the first lower cover removably connects with the first side wall, the actuator is removably mounted to the first lower cover by the screw, the circuit controlling board is removably mounted to the actuator by the pillar and the screw; the actuator also includes a first and second electric motor with drive mechanism, a first and second wire rewinding wheel, a cover board and a side board, each axis of the motors is vertical to each other, the first drawstring connects with the first wire rewinding wheel, the second drawstring connects with the second wire rewinding wheel.
Specifically, the electric motors are surrounded by the four side boards, the neighboring boards are inverted, the rotary shaft of the electric motor passes through the side board to connect with the wire rewinding wheel, the four side boards are sleeved into the two cover board by the projecting annular rim, and the snap of the cover board is arranged to hook the is corresponding bayonet of the side board.

The upper barrel 1, the middle barrel 2 and the lower barrel 4 are coaxially arranged, the middle barrel 2 penetrated by the connecting rod 3 axially moves between the inner bottom of the upper barrel 1 and the lower barrel 4, the mouth of the lower barrel 4 directs towards the middle barrel 2, the lower barrel 4 is arranged to 20 contain the liquid 7 like water to smother mosquitoes and/or flies, see Fig.14.

A charge chamber 86 consisting of the top portion of the third upper cover 221 and the side wall projected from the top portion is arranged to the top portion outside of the third upper cover 221, the charge chamber 86 is io arranged to add inducer, a fourth through hole 74 is arranged to the top portion of the projecting portion, the added inducer gets into the agglutinate block 222 through the fourth through hole 74.
The agglutinate block 222 provides a first through hole 71 penetrated by the is connecting rod 3, and a fifth through hole for avoiding the snap 224, the material of the agglutinate block 222 is sponge or flocculence, such material makes the agglutinate block 222 fit well with the connecting rod 3, it is good for inducer to move from the agglutinate block 222 to the connecting rod 3.
The baffle board 223 provides a first through hole 71 for cooperating with 20 the connecting rod 3, a fifth through hole 75 for avoiding the snap 224.
The third lower cover 225 provides a sixth through hole 76, when the internal barrel 22 moves down, the mosquitoes and/or flies are absorbed on the third lower cover 225 by the airflow passing through the sixth through 25 hole 76; when the internal barrel 22 moves up, liquid left in the internal barrel 22 is quickly drained off through the sixth through hole 76. The third lower cover 225 also provides a first through hole 71 for movably 7/13 cooperating with the connecting rod 3, the gap between the third lower cover 225 and the internal surface of the external barrel 21, and the diameter of the sixth through hole 76 are less than the body size of mosquito or fly. s Referring to Fig. 15, a hook 82 for hanging the device is arranged to the top portion of the upper barrel 1, an entrance hole 83 for power wiring is arranged to the side portion of the upper barrel 1, the power supply for the circuit controlling board 12 is from such power wiring. io Referring to Fig.17, the upper barrel 1 includes a first external shell, a circuit controlling board 12 and a pillar 13, the external shell consists of a first upper cover 111, a first side wall 112 and a first lower cover 113, the first upper cover 111 and the first lower cover 113 removably connect with the 15 first side wall 112, the removable connection thereof is the thread connection. The actuator 14 is removably mounted to the first lower cover 113 by the screw, the circuit controlling board 12 is removably mounted to the actuator 14 by the pillar 13 and the screw.
Referring to Fig.18, the actuator 14 includes a first and second electric motor 141, 142 with drive mechanism, a first and second wire rewinding wheel 143, 144, a cover board 145 and a side board 146, each axis of the motors 141, 142 is vertical to each other, the first drawstring 5 connects with the first wire rewinding wheel 143, the second drawstring 6 connects with the second wire rewinding wheel 144, the first wire rewinding wheel 144 connects with the rotary shaft of the first electric motor 141. The electric motors 141, 142 are surrounded by the four side boards, the 8/13 neighboring boards are inverted, the rotary shaft of the electric motor passes through the side board to connect with the wire rewinding wheel, the four side boards are sleeved into the two cover board by the projecting annular rim, and the snap of the cover board is arranged to hook the 5 corresponding bayonet of the side board, see Fig. 16.
Referring to Fig.19, the first lower cover 113 provides an opening 72 for avoiding the first and second drawstring 5, 6, a first through hole 71 for connecting with the connecting rod 3, a boss with thread for mounting the io actuator 14.
Referring to Fig.20, the diameter of the end portion of the connecting rod 3 for cooperating with the upper barrel 1 is greater than the diameter of the body of the connecting rod 3, the end portion cooperates with the boss of is the first lower cover 113, the connecting rod 3 and the first lower cover 113 are fastened by washers 85 and nuts 84. The nut 84 is fastened after the fastening of the lower barrel 4 and the thread portion of the end portion of the connecting rod 3.
In the following, the work process of the device will be described.

Obviously, only sugar is put into the charge chamber 86, the water in the air can damp the sugar, the damped sugar slowly gets into the agglutinate block 222 through the fourth through hole 74, so put sugar together with water into the charge chamber 86 can make sugar quickly get into the agglutinate block 222. io Referring to Fig.l and Fig.2, the middle barrel 2 axially moves between the first position and the second position; at the first position, the lower-half of the connecting rod 3 is visible and the upper-half of the connecting rod 3 is covered by the middle barrel 2, at the second position, the bottom portion is of the middle barrel 2 fits well with the bottom portion of the lower barrel 4, the lower-half of the connecting rod 3 is covered by the middle barrel 2, the upper-half of the connecting rod 3 is visible. The actuator 14 drives the internal barrel 22 and the external barrel 21 moving with respect to the connecting rod 3 (see Fig.3 to Fig.4).
The internal barrel 22 and the external barrel 21 connect to the actuator respectively with the first drawstring 5 and the second drawstring 6. When the first electric motor 141 of the actuator 14 rotates positively, the first drawstring 5 entwines around the first wire rewinding wheel 143 through 25 the worm and gear so as to make the internal barrel 22 move up along the connecting rod 3 till the internal barrel 22 reaches the top portion of the middle barrel 2, the first electric motor 141 stops rotating, due to the /13 non-reversible drive of the worm and gear, the internal barrel 22 located at the top portion of the middle barrel 2 do not move down even under the effect of gravity force. Equally, the second electric motor 142 of the actuator 14 rotates positively, the second drawstring 6 entwines around the second 5 wire rewinding wheel 144 through the worm and gear so as to make the external barrel 21 move up along the connecting rod 3 till the external barrel 21 reaches the first position, the second electric motor 142 stops rotating, due to the non-reversible drive of the worm and gear, the external barrel 21 do not move down even under the effect of gravity force. When mosquitoes and/or flies on the rod 15 reach a certain number, firstly, the second electric motor 142 rotates negatively, the second drawstring 6 is untied from the second wire rewinding wheel 144 through the worm and gear, with the help of gravity force, the external barrel 21 moves down as the second electric motor 142 rotating negatively, the second electric motor 142 stop rotating until the 20 bottom portion of the external barrel 21 fit with the internal bottom of the lower barrel 4, at this moment, mosquitoes and/or flies are kept in the space formed by the third lower cover 225 of the internal barrel 22 and the water surface of the lower barrel 4. Secondly, the first electric motor 141 rotates negatively, the first drawstring 5 is untied from the first wire 25 rewinding wheel 143 through the worm and gear, with the help of gravity force, the internal barrel 22 moves down as the first electric motor 141 rotating negatively, during the course of moving down, the third lower cover 11/13 225 strips mosquitoes and/or flies gathered on the rod 3, because the gaps between moving parts is less than the body size of mosquito or flies, the mosquitoes and/or flies stripped from the rod 3 can not escape from the device through the gaps. More mosquitoes and/or flies are stripped down 5 as the internal barrel 22 continues moving down, some of them may drop on the liquid surface of the lower barrel 4, when the bottom portion of the internal barrel 22 moves bellow the liquid surface, all the mosquitoes and/or flies gathered on the rod 3 are stripped down and are pressed bellow the liquid surface, they will be drown under liquid as there is no io oxygen supply for breath, when the external barrel 21 moves to the second position, the first electric motor 141 stops rotating.
Because the bottom portion of the external barrel 21 fits well with the internal bottom of the lower barrel 4, the mosquitoes and/or flies pressed 15 under the water are kept in the external barrel 21, if the bottom portion of the external barrel 21 do not fit with the internal bottom of the lower barrel 4 resulted in a gap leaving between them, it may cause that the mosquitoes and/or flies under water escape from the device through the gap, so the efficiency of device is reduced. The order of movement of the internal barrel 20 22 and the external barrel 21 can be successively seen from Fig.14,13,12.
Ten minutes later, the first electric motor 141 rotates positively to make the internal barrel 22 move up, the water left in the internal barrel 22 is quickly drained off through the sixth through hole 76 arranged to the third lower cover 225 so as to reduce the electric motor burden after the internal barrel 25 22 moves out of water, the first electric motor 141 stops rotating when the internal barrel 22 moves to the top portion of the external barrel 21.
The second electric motor 142 starts rotating positively so as to make the 12/13 external barrel 21 move up till the external barrel 21 is at the first position, then the connecting rod 3 attached with inducer is visible to entice the next group of mosquitoes and/or flies.
Obviously, changing the kinds of inducer can entice different kinds of insects, inducer includes opposite sex hormone.
According to the invention, non-toxic inducer entices mosquitoes and/or flies to gather on the rod 3, then a mechanical manner is taken to smother io them, the killing course do not cause secondary pollution or threat to health.

Claims
1. A upper barrel for the device to kill mosquitoes and/or flies, comprising a first external shell, a circuit controlling board (12) and a pillar (13), the external shell consisting of a first upper cover (111), a first side wall (112) and a first lower cover (113), the first upper cover (111) and the first 5 lower cover (113) removably connecting with the first side wall (112), the actuator (14) being removably mounted to the first lower cover (113) by the screw, the circuit controlling board (12) being removably mounted to the actuator (14) by the pillar (13) and the screw; characterized in that the actuator (14) also includes a first and second electric motor (141, io 142) with drive mechanism, a first and second wire rewinding wheel (143, 144), a cover board (145) and a side board (146), each axis of the motors (141, 142) being vertical to each other, the first drawstring (5) connecting with the first wire rewinding wheel (143), the second drawstring (6) connecting with the second wire rewinding wheel (144).
2. A upper barrel for the device to kill mosquitoes and/or flies according to claim 1, characterized in that the electric motors (141, 142) are surrounded by the four side boards (146), the neighboring boards (146) being inverted, the rotary shaft 20 of the electric motor (141, 142) passing through the side board (146) to connect with the wire rewinding wheel, the four side boards (146) being sleeved into the two cover board (145) by the projecting annular rim, and the snap (224) of the cover board (145) being arranged to hook the corresponding bayonet of the side board (146).
