Abstract
Aluminate cement porous ceramic granules e.g. perlite, ceramic fibre and fine fraction infiltration inhibitor additive are mixed together moistened with water and shaped to required moulds. The infiltration inhibitor is added in 20-40 % quantities and usually it is wollastonite, ground alumina or aluminate-spinel.
